蛸 or tako, is quite possibly the world's perfect food. So lo and behold while perusing for Japanese goodies at the local (well sort of) Asian grocer I found this 2lb bag of octopus for $5. Not bad if you ask me. For octopus. Yum. And yeah, I know its actually from Korea.
But its octopus dammit. Yum yum yum. Time to learn to make takoyaki. Tako tempura. Tako on a stick. Tako tacos!! Taco sandwiches.
